Dr. Tivolen George has a Medical Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal Medical School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health from Cardiff (UK). He is also certified in Travel Medicine from the University of Witwatersrand.

He runs a general practice and occupational health clinic in Durban and has a mobile unit for onsite medicals. He has over 20 years of general practice, emergency medicine and minor surgical experience.

He has vast experience in occupational and travel medicine, both locally and internationally and has been responsible for formulating surveillance testing standards and health promotion programs for companies on a national and international level.
